"LA CAPILLA DE SAN ANTONIO" (The Chapel of Saint Anthony) is a two hundred year old place of worship built of adobe on a small hill outside Santa Fe, New Mexico. Behind it, the land slopes down to the Santa Fe River. On the far side of the water is an escarpment rising several hundred feet to the mesa above, and covered in ancient petroglyphs.Situated on land that was part of an original grant from the King of Spain to the first Europeans settling this region of the New World, the tiny church is grounded in dignity, faith, and beauty.
